  • Device Information: Device model, operating system, unique identifiers, IP address, and crash logs.
  • Permissions Data: Some app features require access to specific device services (see Section 4).

  • Processing payments and confirming transactions.
  • Sending notifications, reminders, and updates.

4. Permissions & Data Usage

Our App may request the following permissions. These are used strictly for functional purposes, not for unauthorised data collection:


  1. Network & Device Access
    • INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To load course content and check connectivity.
    • WAKE_LOCK: To keep the app active while content is playing.
  2. Camera, Microphone & Media
    • CAMERA, VIDEO_CAPTURE: For optional features like video recording.
    • RECORD_AUDIO, AUDIO_CAPTURE, MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS: For audio-based features.
    • READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES/VIDEO/AUDIO: To upload, store, or access course-related files.
  3. Calendar & Notifications
    • READ/WRITE_CALENDAR: To add reminders for sessions or events.
    • POST_NOTIFICATIONS, USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT, VIBRATE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE: To send timely reminders and course updates.
  4. Bluetooth (if applicable)
    • BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT: For external device connections, if used with the app.
  5. Google & Third-Party Services
    • Advertising ID, App Set ID, and Install Referrer (via Play Services) for analytics and attribution only.
    • Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications.
    • We do not serve personalised advertising inside the app.


5. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide services.
  • Fulfil legal obligations.
  • Resolve disputes.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your personal data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
